LogoNerds.com offers outstanding value for money. However, we highly recommend reading through their entire terms of service before ordering. Very limited guarantee, very few options and very little support that we could find. Also note that, according to their Terms of Service Agreement, you agree to receive "carefully selected special offers and promotions for certain products and services that could be of value to you" by ordering from LogoNerds. This does not seem to be optional.

Quality

Quality in logo design is difficult to score as it is fairly subjective. In our opinion, LogoNerds.com produces good quality logos.

Value

5 out of 5 stars for LogoNerds. The value for money that they offer is second to none. Web logos from $27 thru to mascot logos for $97. Something to note with the web logo package ($27) is that it's a web-only logo. The logo that you receive with this package will not be print-ready. Great value if you only need a web site logo, but if you later also need business cards you'd be stuck.

They offer "free revisions" with all their packages, but we were unable to determine how many revisions you receive.

Speed

Turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days for logos and 5 business days for mascots.

Guarantee

If you order from LogoNerds, assume that your money is theirs. There seems to be no money-back guarantee and the "100% satisfaction guarantee" does not fit our understanding of a guarantee. From the LogoNerds Terms of Service: "100% satisfaction guarantee entitles you to 1 free redraw if you are not completely satisfied with your first set of logo concepts".

Files and Formats

LogoNerds.com offers web ready formats (JPG, GIF, transparent PNG) and print ready formats (AI, EPS, TIFF, PSD). Note though that all formats are not included with all packages.

Support

We could not find any way to contact them apart from a form on the Contact page. We could not find a telephone number, email address, physical address or postal address on the site. The contact page mentions live chat, but we were unable to find it. The Contact page also mentions a "project manager" which customers can contact.

While the quality and value is comparatively high, we can recommend Logo Nerds only to those on a very tight budget. If you can afford more, we suggest you go elsewhere. Getting the RIGHT logo for your company is potentially worth a thousand times more than what you'll save here.
