Quality in logo design is difficult to score as it is fairly subjective. In our opinion, LogoMojo.com produces professional quality logos.

Value

Custom logo design options starting with a Bronze Package at $295 thru to a Gold Package at $549. Their Bronze Package comes with 15 logo concepts to choose from and unlimited alterations to the chosen design. However, if you dig deeper it's actually "6 Different custom logo designs with 3 to 4 color / font / layout / style variations of each" - which is still not bad.

The larger packages come with more initial concept designs and extras such as the logo files on CD, stationery design etc.

Overall their logo design prices are in line with the industry average.

Speed

Turnaround time is 4 to 5 business days for the concept designs. This is comparitively slow, but not bad considering the high quality LogoMojo delivers. We don't mind waiting if it means getting a brilliant logo.

Guarantee

As we understand it, a customer may ask for a refund after receiving the initial concept designs. If any alterations are requested then the refund option is no longer available. The LogoMojo Terms of Service mentions comparatively hefty "design service fees" which apply to refunds. More or less 30% of the order amount will not be refunded, as far as we could tell. We recommend reading the LogoMojo Terms of Service before placing your order.

Files and Formats

LogoMojo supplies the final logo in GIF, TIF, JPG, BMP, EPS, PCX, PSD, AI. They also include an impressive 10 different GIF sizes for web use.

We like LogoMojo's commitment to service. They are available via phone, email and live chat. You may phone in and speak to your design team directly - even after the completion of your logo.

Their live chat was offline when we tested it during US business hours.

This is a solid logo design company. Good quality. Good value. Good service. We would recommend them.
